Shipping policy

Where your order ships from

Every MFUKO. bag is made to order by our print partners in the United States and shipped directly to you. We do not hold stock, so each order is produced before it ships.

What shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the items in your order and the delivery address, and the exact amount is shown before you pay.

For orders within the United States, shipping on a single bag is typically $5 to $11. Additional bags in the same order usually add only a little. The checkout always shows you the figure before you commit.

Orders over $50 ship free within the United States. Checkout applies it automatically.

International shipping is available to most countries and is calculated at checkout.

How long it takes

Each bag is made to order, so production comes first and delivery follows.

Most items are made and dispatched within 2 to 5 days. Our shoulder bags and backpacks take longer to make, up to 15 days. Delivery time is added on top of that and depends on the carrier and where you are.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders with more than one item

Items made by different partners may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Returns

If a return is accepted we send you a return shipping label, so returning an accepted item costs you nothing. See our Refund policy for how to start a return.
