These terms

By using mfuko.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. MFUKO. is a trade name of Tanga Legacy Holdings LLC. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Our products

Our bags are made to order. Product photographs and mockups are representative. Because items are printed individually, slight variation in print placement and colour is normal and is not a defect.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include tax where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item cannot be produced, where the listing was wrong, or where we suspect fraud, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The MFUKO. name, our designs and the prints on our products are ours. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Photographs you share with us

If you tag us, use our hashtag, or send us a photograph, you give us permission to show that photograph on mfuko.shop and on our own social channels, with credit to you. You keep ownership of your photograph. We will not sell it, license it to anyone else, or use it in paid advertising without asking you first. You can ask us to take it down at any time and we will, and you can withdraw permission for future use whenever you like.

If a photograph shows someone other than you, please make sure they are happy for it to be shared before you send it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. This does not remove any consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
